Seven Doors Kitchen & Cocktails partners with Socorro Tequila and collects donations on behalf of the orphanages they currently support in Mexico. The funds collected will go directly to orphan children to buy items they need like clothes, food, toys, and books.

All children, particularly orphans, need a safe place to grow. Caring for orphans and nurturing them with the basics like food and clean clothes, and access to education increases the likelihood of them breaking the cycle of poverty and bringing change to impoverished communities. Why Socorro Tequila?
Socorro Tequila is passionate about making great tequila and equally passionate about giving back to the communities they came to know during their time in Jalisco, Mexico. They found in these communities there was a need for something we take for granted every day: drinking water. So, for every case of tequila they sell, a case of water is donated to different orphanages, nursing homes, or communities.
We were moved by Socorro’s efforts and knew we wanted to be involved. So together the founders of Socorro tequila and Chef Jake went to visit an orphanage in Mexico to experience their community and understand their needs.
After returning home, Chef Jake brought his inspiration which led Seven Doors to create our Love & Gratitude Homes donation program to ask for any amount from those of us who are more fortunate and give what we can to orphan children in need.
